Overview

On the slopes of the Marquesa National Park at the heart of a privileged residential development only 15 minutes away from Mexico City, stands  Hacienda San Martin. Entering by a stone driveway surrounded by well kept gardens and weeping willows, passing an old train station, one catches a glimpse of the chapel bell tower with adobe walls and abutments which protect its granary and mill.

Today, within the Hacienda is an extraordinary restaurant characterized by its refined taste and cuisine. The combination of trees and fresh air brings to mind the elegant inns throughout the mountainous regions of Europe.
