Such succelent dishes as mushrooms with epazote, corn and huitlacoche soup, roast duckling with blackrasberry sauce, rock cornish game hen with a honey/red pepper flake glaze or roast lamb with a mirror of hibiscus sauce and sprinkled with pumpkin seeds are a sampling of the tasteful offerings. Restaurant Hacienda San Martin is open from 8a.m. until 6p.m. daily but closes on Christmas, New Years Day and Good Friday.
