Overview
Taxco, a 16th Century colonial city Internationally known for its production and designs in silver, was built on the top of a mountain. The exhuberance of purple bouganvileas, red tile roofs, narrow cobblestone streets and charming nooks around every corner create an inviting atmosphere.
Posada de la Mision, located only two hours from Mexico City is a privileged site offering a panoramic view of the city of Taxco and the Parish of Santa Prisca. In addition to enjoying extensive gardens, an open air chapel, private salons for social or business events, next to the pool guests can admire a mural created by Don Juan O´Gorman made of regional multicolored stones in homage to Cuauhtemoc, the last Aztec Emperor.
