Through the french doors opening off the interior patio is the restaurant "Maria Enriqueta" named in honor of the local 19th Century poetess. The welcoming atmosphere achieved through  the use of stained glass and etched windows and original artwork, invites diners to savour the delights of traditional Mexican, local and International cuisine prepared with ingredients native to this paradisiacal region of lush tropical vegetation between mountains, rivers and waterfalls.
