Dining

The hotel´s formal dining room ¨La Mansion¨is open from 7am to 11pm. It is decorated with wooden beams and doors hand carved by local artesans and offers a view of the Cupatitzio River. The tables are asccented with unique flower arrangements and the subtle lighting offers romantic dinning in the evenings while a pianist plays softly on the weekends.  The menu includes delicious regional, mexican and international dishes attractively prepared and served.

For less formal meals there are several tables on the terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch while admiring the lovely gardens.
