Al fresco breakfast and lunch are served on the terrace of the  Ingenio Restaurant   surrounded by exuberant tropical vegetation and a view of some of the hacienda´s original structure. 

El Chacuaco, where guests can savor sophisticated dishes designed by the Executive Chef.  Fusion-style steamed fish, salmon carpaccio and ginger crème caramel are only a sampling of the delectable dinner offerings. 

Pool Bar is the perfect spot to enjoy Mexican/International snacks and tropical beverages while basking poolside. 

Bar Los Gavilanes has an enchantingly romantic, old-fashioned ambiance for enjoying a selection of the Hacienda´s famous cocktails. On Friday nights live music is played for the entertainment of  guests.
