The Hotel's main dining room, "Condimento Restaurant" has received the distinctive "H" from the Board of Tourism in recognition of excellence.

In the entrance of the restaurant is a lovely fountain made of hand carved stone columns which are a replica of those in the Cathedral. Wrought iron chandaliers, copies of art work by Pedro Coronel on the walls and hand painted tiles from Puebla on the buffet table create and invintingly mexican atmosphere for diners as they enjoy regional and international cuisine selected either from the buffet, A la carte or Chef's specialties.

The lobby bar " Los Canteros" is the perfect spot for closing business deals in a traditional setting and exclusive atmosphere, furnished with leather chairs and hand carved wooden tables. In the evenings there are candlelight tables surrounding the fountain on the patio.
