Once a granary, the high vaulted ceilings and sophisticated lighting provide a cozy and uniquely romantic atmosphere in the Mamalena dining room, where traditional regional cuisine is prepared from recipes handed down through generations.

Previous reservations are required for the general public who wish to dine in the restaurant but are not guests of the Hotel.

The Alipuz Bar and La Troje Bar and game room serve national and international beverages from 1 to 11pm.
