On the terrece filtered from the sun by a centuries-old amate tree is the restaurant of Hacienda San Gabriel, El Amate. Here modern renditions of traditional recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation are prepared resulting in an exquisite gourmet cuisine.

Meals can also be served by the waterfall or in any of the medieval vaults. Room service  is available for breakfast, dinner or a romantic occasion in the privacy of your suite.

The Mariachi´s Bar serves a wide variety of national and international cocktails in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
