Dining

The high wooden beamed ceiling and fieldstone wall in the attractive dining room create a cozy ambiance for enjoying the regional and international dishes served, many of which are prepared with ingredients from the Hacienda's own gardens. Some of the house specialties are tomato soup with tapioca, rabbit stew and "Barbacoa".

There are two terraces off the dining room for relaxing and enjoying a cocktail or wine from a diverse selection of the wine cellar.

There is an amusing bar decorated with memorabilia from the Mexican Revolution where guests can play cards, checkers etc.   

The Restaurant is for the exclusive use of guests. However, there are private rooms and open spaces for the use of large or small groups to celebrate social or business events.
