The Hacienda offers a daily set menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner which include specialties such as Chile Relleno with Tomato and Cinnamon Sauce, Turkey in Sweet Mole and Squash in Molasses and Anis, Cream of Mushroom Soup with Essence of Basil.
