Dining

The dining room, located on the second floor, has a panoramic view of the Valley of Lerma and beyond. Arches and levels divide it into two sections each with its own decor. The long central bar displays a spectacular selection of tequilas and other alcoholic beverages, in addition to the cart of tequilas which circulate between the tables.

Dining in Hacienda del Parian is an experience in the culinary art of traditional Mexican cuisine. Savor such delights as Home Made Tortillas, Shrimp in Pulque, Parian Rice with Mole and Chicken, Donguneras and Chile Rubbed Veal Roast. For dessert an old-fashioned cart with homemade ice cream is a deliciously charming way to end a meal.
