Our chef prepares wonderful dishes of Mexican and International cuisine. Dinner menus change every night!

 All dishes are prepared with the organic produce from the Hacienda´s ranch and freshest ingredients.

 Each night guests are surprised with different dinning locations. Either in one of the dinning rooms, outside enjoying the stars in the terrace, under an arch or under the stars.An ambience of elegance and beauty is set with the candles and torches used to set the perfect mood of beauty and tranquility.
