The Hacienda de Cortes is located in a suburb of Cuernavaca"City of the Eternal Spring". Here there are many points of interest:

Palace of Cortes dating from the 16th century.

The Cathedral pertains to the group of ex-convents named by the UNESCO as Cultural Patrimony of Humanity.

Jardin Borda-18th century garden.

Brady Museum.

Muros Museum-cultural center and exhibition of contemporary and modern Mexican art collection pertaining to Jacque and Natasha Gelman.

Siqueiros Workshop-the home and studio of David Alfaro Siqueiros.

There are tours to nearby nurseries, the mystical town of Tepoztlan, archeological sites and the area´s 11 ex-convents dating from the 16th century.
