The beautiful interior of El Florentino restaurant is endowed with high beamed ceilings, antique art work, mirrors and chandeliers which result in a tastefully refined and elegant atmosphere.  On the terrace guests can enjoy breakfast or lunch in a more casual setting while admiring the garden with its flowering bougainvilleas and centuries old laurel tree.

The restaurant is open from 7a.m. until 11:30p.m.

Listen to music and anecdotes in the company of friends and family while enjoying a delicious cocktail in front of the blazing fireplace in the lobby bar El Caballito.  It is open from 2:00p.m. to 1:00a.m. There are billiard tables and card games for your entertainment and a happy hour every day from 7pm to 8pm.  

The snack bar next to the pool offers light snacks and drinks for your enjoyment.
