Casa de Sierra Nevada features two full service restaurants with bars. ANDANZA an elegant and lively restaurant located in Casa Principal which opened its doors in August 2007. The cuisine celebrates Mexican tradition with a modern flair. All the dishes are elaborated from seasonal local produce, and served in fresh and sophisticated style. Guests can enjoy a lovely evening at the hotels open air courtyard with its orange trees and cascading wall fountain.

Andanza also offers an indoor area with six different dinning rooms, including the Art Room with a cozy fireplace and confortable leather chairs. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of wines at the Wine room & Cellar, or a more intimate dinner at the private Dinning Room. After a day of activities at San Miguel de Allende enjoy spending some time at the Games Room with a variety of board games or visit the Blue Bar decorated with wooden interiors, antique hand-stenciled walls, and enjoy the house-made sangritas, a vast tequila and beer selection with a live modern latin music background.

Parque Restaurant is nestled beneath the colonnades of the Casa Parque mansion. Known for its traditional mexican cuisine, served in an informal and relaxed atmosphere, live trio music which creates a lively ambiance for diners pleasure at lunch and dinner. Some specialties include Aztec Soup, Ceaser Salad served in a paper thin crouton shell and their traditional Molcajete Arriero.
