Meetings & Events

There are five contemporary Executive Meeting Rooms off the Central Patio of the hotel, each with a capacity of receiving up to 30 persons.

The most distinguished business, diplomatic and social events are hosted in the majestic Camino Real, where art and fine cuisine converge to make any reunion a complete success.

The restaurants, el Convento and los Azulejos, both have a private dining room for small groups of up to 20 persons.

For conferences the Auditorium can accommodate up to 125 people.

The Capilla and Novicias Patios reflect religious expressions of the 16th century with original frescoes above the arches. Las Novicias Patio is a romantic spot under a blanket of stars and can seat up to 600 people. The Capilla has a beautiful stone fountain and is surrounded by double arches seats from 150 to 200 depending on the format.

The banquet halls, Ruiz de la Peña and La Concepcion on the upper level, can receive up to 120 and 400 people respectively.

The Camino Real has an interesting concept to celebrate unique Theme Parties such as:

Convent: Celebrated in an atmosphere of candles, incense and Gregorian chants where the history of Puebla will be recited by waitresses in nuns costumes.

Talavera Workshop: Demonstrates the process of creating Talavera tile. Each participant receives an unpainted piece that can be decorated as wished. The pieces are collected to lacquer and bake and returned to the guest at check out.

Viceroy Troubadours:  Stories, peoms and songs are presented in a medieval ambiance, and a group of harlequins demonstrate their dexterity and physical prowess.

Mexican Party: A traditional Mexican fairground with games and a buffet of regional dishes enhanced with the music of mariachis, guitars and the marimba.
