Yes, the establishments of Haciendas and Historic Hotels of Mexico are always of first-class quality; where you will always receive personal treatment and attention to details to make your stay unforgettable and many of the hotels and restaurants are family owned and operated.
2. Are all the properties of Haciendas and Historic Hotels of Mexico identical?
All our properties are original because of their location in singular historical buildings. The original architectural and environment is intact. It is because of this that the properties are not identical but match the idiosyncrasies of every region. The services of each establishment are therefore designed individually.
3. Do you have properties available all over the country of Mexico?
Haciendas and Historic Hotels of Mexico does not have properties all over the country of Mexico, although we are growing. Our objective is to reach all territories of México, always ensuring the same standards of quality.
4. How long in advance is it recommended to make a reservation with one of your properties?
This depends on the property and on the dates, though it is always advisable to reserve your room at least one week in advance in low season and two weeks or more in advance in high season. 5. How can I make a reservation?

. You can also make a reservation via the website, where you can check the availability of every establishment and reserve rooms.
6. If I make a reservation on the website, how do I receive confirmation? When you reserve a room online and give your credit card number to us as a guarantee, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately; however no charge is billed on your card for making the reservation. This e-mail is the confirmation of your reservation. Simultaneously the hotel or restaurant you have made a reservation with is sent a confirmation with your data.
7. Can I cancel a reservation? Yes, you can cancel a reservation, as stated in the Contracting Clauses of the Reservation Policy. Haciendas and Historic Hotels of México members have there own will charge an amount of $ 20USD for cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled check-in. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours before the scheduled check-in Haciendas and Historic Hotels of Mexico will charge the amount of the first night. 8. Who can take advantage of the benefits of the Privileged Card? The Privileged Card benefits are equally applied to its owner and his/her companion.
9. How long is the Privileged Card valid?
The Privileged Card is valid one year from the date of issue; after the expiration date the card must be renewed by its holder in order to continue enjoying its multiple advantages. 10. How long does it take to receive the Privileged Card?
It takes six days after your request, unless there is trouble with the postal service that is beyond our control.
